The countdown continues to Leeds United’s second season back in the Premier League - ahead of which the bookies have a strong view on the club’s chances of staying there.
Leeds and also Sunderland are both heading for their second season back in the country’s top division having bucked the trend of the last six promoted teams all going straight back down.
Leeds saw their top-flight status secured with three games left en route to a 14th-placed finish whilst a strong end to the campaign saw Sunderland even seal qualification for next season’s Europa League in finishing 14th.
It was a very different tale for newly promoted Burnley who went straight back down along with Wolves and West Ham, the three clubs swapping places with Championship champions Coventry City, runners-up Ipswich Town and play-offs winners Hull City for next season’s Premier League.
But how do the bookies view United’s chances of surviving their second season back compared to the 2026-27 new boys and the likes of Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest and Everton?
Here, we run through the very latest relegation odds and predicted final table based on those odds.
