Leeds United's January transfer business compared to Premier League rivals with over £230m spent

Leeds United welcomed their first January signing through the door last week.

Leeds United have strengthened their first-team and Under-21 squads so far this month with two exciting arrivals. Facundo Buonanotte joined on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion last week while on Tuesday, 18-year-old Nigerian defender Leonard Ngenge signed an 18-month deal to join up with Scott Gardner’s young Whites.

Elland Road chiefs are also looking at the prospect of signing a new striker and have made enquiries over Wolves’ Jorgen Strand Larsen, albeit a deal would be complicated given the level of competition and financial hurdles. It’s expected to be a busy and intriguing end to the window in West Yorkshire.

Leeds are yet to commit a transfer fee to any new signings but elsewhere - be it through desperation or decisiveness - the cash has been splashed with over £240million spent by Premier League clubs. Take a look below to see every confirmed transfer from all 20 teams.
