Is Leeds United vs Liverpool on TV? Coverage details of final friendly in America and UK kick-off time

Coverage details of Leeds United’s final pre-season friendly in America.

Leeds United face Liverpool in the club’s final pre-season friendly of their USA tour today - but is the game on TV and what time is kick-off?

Leeds bagged their first win of the summer with a 1-0 victory against Sunderland in their second friendly of three in America in the early hours of Friday morning UK time.

The triumph in New Jersey thanks to Lukas Nmecha’s early strike followed the previous weekend’s 3-2 loss to Championship outfit Wrexham in Tampa.

The games against Sunderland and Wrexham both caused confusion in terms of the UK date and kick-off time due to starting at 7.30pm local time in the States.

With a five hour time difference in both Tampa and New Jersey, that meant both games actually kicked off the following day UK time with 12.30am starts.

There are, though, no complications on that front with today’s friendly against Liverpool in Chicago which is a 3pm start local time at Soldier Field.

With a six-hour time difference this time, that means that Leeds will face the Reds in a 9pm kick-off this evening UK time but the game is only being broadcast on LUTV plus Liverpool streaming services LFCTV and All Red Video.

A Match Pass to watch the game on LUTV costs £5 and is available from the link HERE

Details of the Liverpool subscriptions can be found HERE

All Reds Full costs £42.99 a season whilst All Red Video is £4.99 a month.

There is, though, an offer for a 14-day free trial, after which the cost is £4.99 a month.
