Leeds United climbed a place up the Premier League table through a thrilling 3-3 draw against Liverpool - but where do the bookies think the Whites will now finish?
Daniel Farke’s Whites went into Saturday evening’s hosting of defending champions Liverpool having climbed out of the relegation zone through Wednesday night’s brilliant 3-1 win at home to Chelsea.
Success against the Blues took Leeds up to 17th place, three points above third-bottom West Ham who then bagged a point from a 1-1 draw at Manchester United the following night.
Victory against Chelsea also left the Whites just one point behind fifth-bottom Nottingham Forest who then suffered a 3-0 defeat at Everton on Saturday afternoon.
Leeds then appeared set for defeat against Liverpool who led 2-0 through a rapid Hugo Ekitike brace but the Whites fought back twice to bag another point through an incredible 3-3 draw.
The point was enough to take Leeds above Forest on goal difference and three points clear of third-bottom West Ham who visit Brighton on Sunday afternoon.
The draw also put Farke’s Whites within two points of 15th-placed Fulham who host Crystal Palace in Sunday’s final game.
Second-bottom Burnley, meanwhile, suffered a 2-1 defeat at Newcastle United which left them five points adrift of Forest and Leeds.
Wolves, marooned on just two points in last place, host Manchester United on Monday night.
United’s point against Liverpool was undoubtedly a big fresh boost and it’s all led to changes in the team’s relegation odds and new predicted final table with the bookmakers.
