Leeds United have a rare weekend off before their Premier League trip to Everton on Monday. In the reverse of their late 1-0 win way back in August, Daniel Farke’s side could head to the Hill Dickinson Stadium knowing victory would pull them up to 14th, should results elsewhere go their way.
The Whites were without Jaka Bijol for that opening-weekend win and will be again on Monday due to a hamstring strain, while Daniel James is also continuing to recover from a hamstring tendon injury. Midfielder Anton Stach missed Saturday’s win over Fulham with an adductor issue but Farke revealed on Thursday the German should be fit come Monday.
Loan signing Facundo Buonanotte will hope to make his Leeds debut on Merseyside while Nmecha, fresh off scoring that late winner at Fulham, could also stake a claim to start. Below, the YEP has attempted to predict how Farke could line up at the Toffees.

2. GK: Karl Darlow
Came in for the struggling Lucas Perri against Fulham last weekend and while rarely tested, kept a clean sheet. Farke is not one for chopping and changing every week so the Welshman likely keeps his place. | Getty Images

3. CB: James Justin
Having covered for the injured Bogle in recent weeks, Justin dropped into the back three with Jaka Bijol out. Fits the role perfectly, seamlessly transitioning from centre-back to full-back when Leeds have possession. Photo: Richard Sellers

4. CB: Joe Rodon
Moved into the central centre-back role against Fulham and was really solid, as ever. Will be tasked with keeping an in-form Thierno Barry quiet. | Getty Images

5. CB: Pascal Struijk
Another who was really solid against Fulham, protecting Darlow's goal brilliantly and pushing into midfield when possible. The Dutchman is excelling in his tactically flexible role. | Getty Images

6. RWB: Jayden Bogle
Barely looked like he'd missed a game coming back in against Fulham, keeping their attacking left-side locked down. Caused plenty of problems going forward too, hugging the touchline while Aaronson drifted centrally. | Getty Images
