Leeds United enjoyed late drama at Elland Road on Saturday after scoring in added-time to beat Fulham 1-0. Substitute Lukas Nmecha got the winner, poking Ethan Ampadu’s cross beyond Bernd Leno to hand his side a deserved victory off the bench.
A Whites side without Jaka Bijol and Anton Stach dominated proceedings, missing a hatful of decent chances while also keeping the likes of Harry Wilson and Emile smith-Rowe quiet. It looked set to be an opportunity missed for Daniel Farke’s side, but late drama handed them a huge win.
With West Ham United also winning 2-1 at Tottenham Hotspur, Leeds’ relegation cushion remains at eight points. Below, the YEP takes a look at how the next few weeks will pan out for Farke’s men and their rivals after this weekend’s action is over.
