It’s been a relatively quiet week inside Elland Road with little palpable transfer progress since Jaka Bijol’s Monday arrival. Leeds United paid £15million to land their top defensive target nice and early but things aren’t expected to fully kick into gear until July - which has come around quickly.
Leeds’ transfer activity is expected to kick into gear from next week onwards with known interest in the likes of Lille left-back Gabriel Gudmundsson, Royale Union Saint-Gilloise midfielder Noah Sadiki and Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz. There have also been reports surrounding a huge number of other players, albeit some have proven to be wide of the mark.
It’s already been a busy summer of transfer links and things are only expected to get busier. And so to keep you in the loop going into July, the YEP has the latest on every transfer story below.

31. Facundo Buonanotte
A quick but frustrating late-summer saga. Leeds were thought to be close to completing a season-long loan deal for Buonanotte but after his prospective flight north was cancelled, rumours swirled of a move to Chelsea. 32. Bilal El Khannouss
El Khannouss remains on Leeds' radar but there has been little progress since an enquiry was made. Crystal Palace were thought to be front-runners but moved elsewhere, leaving the Moroccan international still at Leicester City, where he wasn't involved over the weekend. 33. Eduard Spertsyan
After missing out on Buonanotte, The Athletic named Spertsyan as someone Leeds could 'focus' on before Monday's deadline. The 25-year-old Armenian international is a traditional No.10 with 44 goals and 29 assists in 123 Russian Premier League appearances at Krasnodar. | AFP via Getty Images

34. Igor Paixão
The YEP reported on interest in Paixão last month and with it, one of this summer's transfer sagas kicked off. After weeks of talks, Marseille eventually matched Leeds €35m bid and look to have got their man. A number of high-ranking Elland Road chiefs spoke with the Brazilian last weekend - as did compatriot Perri - but his camp told the YEP Marseille's offer of Champions League football helped sway a 'difficult decision'. | Getty Images

35. Ritsu Doan
The YEP understands Doan was on a list of possible winger targets and liked at Elland Road. However the Japan international has since signed a five-year contract at Eintracht Frankfurt following the agreement of a £19m deal. | Getty Images

36. Nicolas Gonzalez
The YEP named Gonzalez as a potential target for Leeds earlier this month, following their failure to land Paixão. The 27-year-old is believed to be available and scored three goals in 26 Serie A appearances last season. | AFP via Getty Images
