Leeds United can finish the Premier League season on 50 points with victory at troubled final day hosts West Ham - but fresh blows have left three men out and seven more doubtful of Sunday’s showdown between the Irons and Whites.
Third-bottom West Ham could be relegated by the time Sunday’s 4pm kick-off at the London Stadium comes around as the Irons will be mathematically down if fourth-bottom Tottenham take a victory from Tuesday night’s game in hand at Chelsea.
Due to West Ham’s goal difference, even a point for Spurs would realistically consign the Hammers to life in the Championship even before Sunday’s final day visit of an already safe Leeds side.
Daniel Farke’s men saw their top-flight status confirmed with three games still remaining thanks to Arsenal’s 1-0 win at West Ham last weekend but there has been no let up from Leeds in their quest to end the season as strongly as possible.
Six days on from Monday night’s 1-1 draw at Tottenham, Leeds condemned highflying Brighton to a 1-0 defeat in Sunday’s final home game of the season at Elland Road which took Farke’s men up to 47 points in sitting 14th in the table.
Leeds, though, were dealt new injury blows in the contest having already been without several key men. Despite faring better on that front, West Ham also have players out and here we run through the early injury news from both camps combined which totals three out and seven more doubtful but with a star now back.

7. DOUBT: Adama Traore
West Ham winger Traore has now missed his side's last two games with a quad injury and boss Nuno Espirito Santo said at Friday's pre-match press conference that it would be hard for him to be back in time to face Leeds. A major doubt. | Getty Images

8. DOUBT: Jayden Bogle
Whites right back Bogle has missed his side's last two games with a hamstring injury but Farke said on Friday that Bogle might now return against West Ham. Farke said: "Jayden Bogle could be back available, we'll wait to see how his body reacts." | AFP via Getty Images

9. DOUBT: Pascal Struijk
In a similar boat to Bogle, Struijk having missed last weekend's hosting of Brighton with a hip injury but now back in training and a possibility to return for the final game of the season. Farke said on Friday: "We have Pascal Struijk back in training, hopefully he's available." | Getty Images

10. EXPECTED BACK: Brenden Aaronson
Like Stach, Whites attacker Aaronson was also forced off injured in the second half of last weekend's win at home to Brighton but Farke revealed post match that Aaronson's problem was a dead leg, sustained in the first half. The American spent time on an exercise bike at half-time to try and keep from tightening up but he ultimately had to come off the pitch in the second half. There was then no mention of any injury at Friday's pre-match press conference and indeed Farke listed Aaronson as a possible centre midfield option in the absences of Stach, Longstaff and Gruev. | AFP via Getty Images

11. EXPECTED BACK: Facundo Buonanotte
United's Brighton loanee attacker Buonanotte failed to make the matchday squad for Monday night's clash at Tottenham due to a hamstring injury and the 21-year-old was then ineligible to face his parent club on Sunday. But there was no mention of any injury at Friday's pre-match press conference and so the assumption would be that Buonanotte is available for Sunday's final game for which he might well make the bench. | Getty Images

12. BACK: Ethan Ampadu
Whites captain Ampadu was a doubt for Sunday's visit of Brighton having been unwell and not trained on Friday. Typical of his nature, though, the midfielder still started against the Seagulls and produced another stellar display as he played the full duration of the game. A huge boost and huge player who is huge to the club's future. | John Walton/PA Wire
