Leeds United will already be looking at potential signings ahead of the January transfer window.
It has been a mixed season for the Whites, who went into the World Cup break in 15th, and they know they need to improve if they want to avoid getting dragged into another relegation battle this season. New signings could be key to improved performances, and Jesse Marsch should be backed in the winter window, especially after the profit Leeds made in the summer.
Though, traditionally, the Whites haven’t been too busy in recent January windows, signing only one player in the last two combined. In that vein, we have taken a look at the last 10 players signed permanently by Leeds during January windows, and what those players are up to now.
Take a look below...

7. Tyler Roberts (2018)
Roberts joined Leeds from West Brom in 2018 for around £2.5m. After 101 league appearances, he remains on the club’s books, but he is currently on loan with QPR. | Getty Images

8. Pascal Struijk (2018)
Struijk joined the Whites in 2018 and has made 74 league appearances since. He remains a key player for the club, filling in at left-back this season. | Getty Images

9. Sam Dalby (2018)
Dalby joined Leeds from Leyton Orient but never made a league appearance. He went on to join Watford, and he didn’t feature there, either. After a more successful spell with Southend United, Dalby joined Wrexham in 2022, and he is playing a central role in the Welsh club’s National League promotion charge. | Getty Images

10. Adam Forshaw (2018)
Forshaw joined Leeds in 2018 from Middlesbrough, joining on a £4.5m fee. He has made 71 league appearances since, and he remains at the club. Forshaw has struggled with injury so far this season, but he has proved a successful signing overall. | Getty Images
