Norwich City v Newcastle United: Latest team news

Jack Colback will sit out Newcastle's crucial Barclays Premier League trip to Norwich on Saturday as he starts a two-game ban.

The midfielder, who was used as an emergency left-back in the 1-1 draw with former club Sunderland, picked up his 10th booking of the season and is suspended as a result, and with left-sided defenders Paul Dummett (hamstring), Massadio Haidara (knee) and Kevin Mbabu (thigh) injured, manager Rafael Benitez has a decision to make.

Provisional squad: Ruddy, Martin, Brady, Klose, Pinto, Howson, O’Neil, Naismith, Jerome, Hoolahan, Rudd, Mbokani, Redmond, Bamford, Mulumbu, Jarvis, Dorrans, Bennett, Bassong, Wisdom.
