Disciplinary news: 3 Leeds Rhinos men among 22 charged by match review panel as Hull KR star handed huge ban

Three Leeds Rhinos players are among 22 charged by the RFL’s match review panel following the latest round of Super League games.

The panel issued four suspensions under the sport’s penalty points system, with one player from the showdown between Rhinos’ 34-8 defeat of Hull KR being handed a huge six-game ban. Five players were charged following that match, three received penalty points from Castleford Tigers’ home loss to York Knights and two were punished after Wakefield Trinity’s win against Huddersfield Giants. Players have until noon tomorrow (Tuesday) to challenge the review panel’s findings and any appeals will be held later the same day.

Here’s the full list of charges from Betfred Super League round 16.
