The Betfred Super League derby saw three Rhinos players sin-binned, with one of them - Maika Sivo - subsequently being charged by the RFL’s match review panel. He was shown a yellow card for a high tackle on Trinity’s Josh Rourke. The panel took no further action against Sivo’s teammates Ash Handley (professional foul) and Jack Bird (throwing the ball away) after they were also yellow-carded.
Trinity centre Cameron Scott was charged and received penalty points following a huge collision with Rhinos prop Keenan Palasia just five minutes into the game. Scott was treated for 11 minutes on the field before being taken to hospital and diagnosed with concussion. In all, seven players were charged over incidents in round 10, with three of them picking up a ban.
Players have until noon tomorrow (Tuesday) to challenge the review panel’s verdicts. Any appeals will be held later the same day. Here’s the full list of charges, grades, penalty points and punishments.
