Ex-Castleford Tigers & Hull FC import joins Leeds rugby league side Hunslet RLFC

Hunslet RLFC have made two loan signings - including a former Castleford Tigers and Hull FC star - ahead of Sunday’s game at Rochdale Hornets.

The south Leeds side have brought in New Zealand-born duo Bureta Faraimo and Isaac Misky from Betfred Championship rivals Doncaster on an initial one-week deal. Winger Faraimo, 35, played for Parramatta Eels in the southern hemisphere NRL before moving to Hull in 2018. He joined Tigers four years later and signed for Doncaster in 2023.

Misky, a 31-year-old hooker, joined Doncaster from French outfit Saint-Gaudens ahead of the 2025 season and signed a new two-year contract last November. Both trained with the Parksiders on Wednesday and are in contention for Sunday’s game.
