Forward returns as Castleford Tigers coach Ryan Carr names 21-man squad v Toulouse Olympique
Castleford Tigers coach Ryan Carr has named his initial squad for Saturday’s visit of Toulouse Olympique.
After having only 20 players available for the defeat at Catalans Dragons five days ago, prop Brock Greacen’s return following a concussion layoff brings Tigers up to a full complement of 21. The players on duty in Perpignan are all included, along with Darnell McIntosh, Renouf Atoni and Jenson Windley, who were unused members of last Saturday’s squad.
Toulouse remain without star full-back Olly Ashall-Bott, who suffered a fractured hand in their win at Huddersfield Giants two weeks ago. Second-rower Henry O’Kane is ruled out after failing a head injury assessment during last Friday’s defeat by Leeds Rhinos. Joe Bretherton and Hugo Garrigue, who didn’t play last week, also make way, with Reuben Rennie, Lambert Belmas and Maxime Stefani all coming back into contention for the fixture which will be live streamed via SuperLeague+ and Sky Sports+.
