Leeds Rhinos pivot Brodie Croft’s move to Warrington Wolves has been officially confirmed.

The Yorkshire Evening Post revealed Warrington’s interest in Croft at the start of last week and Leeds announced on Monday he would not be signing a new contract when his current deal expires this autumn. A statement from Warrington today (Thursday) said: “The 28-year-old has signed a three-year deal with the club and will remain with the Leeds Rhinos for the rest of the 2026 season before joining his new teammates in pre-season.

Wolves coach Sam Burgess said: “Brodie is a fantastic signing for our club from 2027 onwards and someone we’re excited to bring into the group. He has been one of the standout performers in the competition for a number of years now. His quality, creativity and experience will be a huge asset to us from next season.”

Rhinos paid a six-figure transfer fee to sign Croft from Salford Red Devils ahead of the 2024 season. He has scored 13 tries in 10 appearances this year and was fourth on the initial Man of Steel shortlist. Leeds offered the Australian a new contract, but say he wanted to join a club closer to his home in the north west.
