The good news is second-rower James McDonnell’s return from a pectoral muscle injury, but Leeds are without two of the backs who featured in their previous game, a home loss to Hull FC a fortnight ago. Ash Handley, who was standing in at number one in place of another casualty Lachie Miller, has a back injury and a hamstring issue means centre Jack Bird also won’t play.
Hooker Danny Levi remains on the injury list, along with outside-back Alfie Edgell and forward Ben Littlewood, but teenage pivot George Brown has been drafted into Rhinos’ initial squad, as has centre Ned McCormack. Here’s how Rhinos could line up for the Betfred Super League play-off.
