Leeds Rhinos v Huddersfield Giants kick off delayed for bizarre reason
Kick off of Leeds Rhinos’ home game against Huddersfield Giants this evening (Friday) has been delayed
The West Yorkshire derby is now set to start at 8.15pm, 15 minutes later than scheduled. Rhinos said players and officials have been caught up in traffic following an accident on the M62 motorway.
Jack Smith, from Wigan, was due to referee the game and several Rhinos players live west of the Pennines, but it’s not yet clear who has been affected.
