Leeds Rhinos Women's Super League fixtures 2026
Leeds Rhinos face the toughest-possible start in Betfred Women’s Super League this year.
Rhinos will kick off their campaign away to champions Wigan Warriors at the newly refurbished Edge Hall Road Community Stadium on Saturday, May 16. Wigan also won the league leaders’ shield and Challenge Cup last season, losing just one game.
After a year away, Featherstone Rovers make their return to the top-flight - following victory over London Broncos in last year’s Championship Grand Final - with a trip to Leigh Leopards the same day.

The eight teams play all their rivals once this season before the competition splits, with the top- and bottom-four facing each other at home and away in extended play-offs. The top side at the end of that will be crowned league leaders and go straight through to the Grand Final. The teams in second and third play each other in the semi-final. The team finishing eighth will face the winners of the National Championship in a sudden-death relegation/promotion decider for a place in Women’s Super League 2027.
Sky Sports will broadcast three BWSL fixtures this year, plus the semi-final on September 19/20 and the Grand Final on Sunday, September 27. Rhinos have announced the departure of forwards Bella Sykes and Izzy Northrop who are both leaving to play in Australia this year. Former Hunslet coach Barry Eaton has joined the backroom staff as assistant to team boss Lois Forsell. The women’s season kicks off in April with the Challenge Cup ground stage when Rhinos will take on Leigh and London.
