Cruz Beckham and the Breakers played at the Hyde Park Book Club on Sunday evening (March 1) to a packed room.
And far from disappointing, the youngest Beckham boy was hugely impressive as he cut through a one-hour set of self-penned songs along with a couple of covers for good measure.
His guitar playing was faultless (you can imagine his dad teaching him a thing or two about practicing) and the songs were catchy, spiky and groovy at various intervals; drawing on elements of indie, glam rock and Manchester’s finest.
He also stuck around to meet fans after the show, who said he was “humble”, “really down to earth” and a “great guy”.
Photographer Louis Hardie was at the show and captured the below images.
