With thousands of music fans preparing to head to Bramham Park for Pepsi MAX presents Leeds Festival 2026, organisers have outlined the full setup for accessible facilities across the site.

Crucially for attendees requiring additional support, there is no separate 'accessibility ticket' category to buy. Attendees must purchase a standard festival ticket first before applying for access to specific facilities—including complimentary Essential Companion tickets.

To help you navigate the application process and site facilities ahead of the weekend, here is our quick guide to accessibility at Leeds Festival 2026.

Leeds Festival 2026 - Accessibility Guide

How do I apply for accessible facilities and companion tickets?

To access dedicated facilities or secure a free Essential Companion (carer) ticket, attendees must complete an official online application form after securing their main festival ticket.

Companion tickets are allocated entirely through this application process, so there is no need to purchase an extra ticket for your carer.

Applicants will need a valid Nimbus Access Card or a free Digital Access Pass registered through Nimbus to apply.

When completing the festival's application form, personal details must match the exact spelling on your Nimbus registration to avoid processing delays.

Once submitted, the Leeds Accessibility Team aims to process applications and confirm approved facilities within five working days via email.

Note that accessible facilities are intended for long-term conditions and cannot accommodate temporary impairments such as recent broken bones, healing injuries, or pregnancy.

What is available at the 'GLADES' Accessible Campsite?

For weekend ticket holders, the dedicated accessible campsite - named GLADES is located close to the main arena with its own entrance.

The campsite features dedicated accessibility stewards, luggage assistance on arrival, wheelchair-accessible and gender-neutral toilets and showers, accessible drinking water points, and charging points for wheelchairs and medical equipment.

A Changing Places unit is available on site with an adult changing bed, toilet, sink, and hoist, though campers must bring their own hoist slings. The campsite also provides a secure cold fridge for storing temperature-sensitive medication and permits campers to drive directly onto the site to unload before moving their vehicle to the accessible car park.

Campers in GLADES can pitch with up to three companions, while accessible campervan pitches measuring 6m x 7m are available to book in advance following application approval.

Arena viewing areas and facilities

Inside the main arena, several dedicated spaces are set up to ensure clear views and comfortable conditions.

Ramped, elevated viewing platforms are reserved for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility, equipped with platform managers, accessible toilets, charging points, and limited seating for chairs rated up to 250 lbs.

Located directly in front of these platforms are dedicated ground viewing areas, offering a less crowded standing space with limited seating for taking short breaks.

Access to both viewing areas is operated on a first-come, first-served basis for the approved customer and one companion.

The arena also features a full Changing Places hoist unit, refrigerated medication storage, and a Sensory Calm Tent providing a low-stimulation zone for anyone needing a quiet break.

While standard arena rules restrict bags to A4 size, accessibility customers are entitled to bring one larger bag as well as increased food supplies for personal consumption.

Access customers are also allowed to bring one sealed, unopened bottle of water or soft drink up to 1.5 litres, compared to the standard 500ml allowance.

Parking, travel, and site terrain

Accessible parking is located near the arena and GLADES campsite on grass terrain, but passes must be requested via the accessibility application form as holding a standard Blue Badge does not automatically grant entry.

If you are being dropped off by car, requesting a drop-off pass in your application allows access to a closer dedicated drop-off zone.

Free internal shuttle buggies also run between designated bus stops across the site for access customers, though these operate outside the main arena perimeter.

While Bramham Park features temporary trackway routes in key zones, the site consists primarily of sloping grass fields.

Attendees should bear in mind that heavy rain can cause ground conditions to become muddy and more challenging to navigate.
