Eight brilliant pictures as England fans in Leeds are raising a glass ahead of World Cup clash against Panama

England fans in Leeds were bringing the positivity ahead of kick off ⚽

England fans were out in force in Leeds tonight and they are feeling positive with their score predictions as the Three Lions kick off against Panama.

We’re in Toast Bar, in the City Centre, where we spoke to fans ahead of the game this evening.

Bukayo Saka returned to the England side but Declan Rice was rested as Thomas Tuchel made five changes for the Group L finale against Panama.

Captain Harry Kane led the line, hoping for a repeat of the last time he played Panama, scoring a hat-trick on his way to winning the Golden Boot in the 6-1 group stage win at Russia 2018.

Kane was looking to get back on the scoresheet and give himself a chance of winning a second Golden Boot, with the likes of Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland and Vinicius Junior ahead of him.

England needed to match Ghana’s result against Croatia in Group L’s other match to top the group and set up a last-32 match in Atlanta on Wednesday, most probably against Senegal or DR Congo.
