Leeds hotel launches new Sunday experience with Pilates, brunch and fresh juice
The event is taking place in a newly-refurbished hotel
A Leeds hotel has launched a new event offering Pilates, brunch and relaxation.
The Met Hotel Leeds has teamed up with Kuwa Pilates for a new morning wellness experience taking place at the city-centre hotel later this month.
Kuwa Pilates at The Met will take place on Sunday, September 27, bringing together a 60-minute Pilates class, fresh juice and brunch at the hotel's Gotts Bar & Kitchen.
The event will start from 10am with freshly made juice, before taking to the mat at 10.30am for a Pilates session focused on core strength and flexibility.

Afterwards, guests will sit down for brunch, choosing from a selection of dishes from the a la carte menu.
Options include avocado, poached egg and bacon jam on toast, shakshuka, a blueberry and muesli power bowl and buttermilk pancakes, alongside freshly brewed coffee.
The event has been organised as part of The Met's relaunch following its recent refurbishment, with the hotel aiming to showcase its newly refreshed spaces to Leeds residents and visitors.

The Grade II-listed hotel on King Street has undergone a major renovation, combining its Victorian features with a more contemporary design.
The Met, which is just a short walk from Leeds station, is now home to Gotts Bar & Kitchen as well as revamped bedrooms and social spaces.
The new Pilates event is being billed as a chance to combine wellness, food and downtime in one Sunday morning.
Tickets cost £35 and include the Pilates class, fresh juice and brunch, with advance booking required as spaces are limited.
The event runs from 10am to 1pm on Sunday, September 27.
Tickets are available through Eventbrite.
