Roundhay Festival expands to three days with major classical music event All Things Orchestral
Roundhay Festival has unveiled a third headline event, with the Hallé Orchestra and presenter Myleene Klass bringing All Things Orchestral to Roundhay Park alongside Pitbull and Lewis Capaldi this summer
Roundhay Festival in Leeds has been extended to a third event, with organisers announcing that classical music experience All Things Orchestral will headline the festival on Sunday, July 5.
Hosted by Myleene Klass MBE, the Hallé Orchestra, led by conductor Stephen Bell, will take festivalgoers on a journey through time with performances of cinematic classics and much more.

Joining previously announced headliners Pitbull on July 3 and Lewis Capaldi on July 4, All Things Orchestral aims to “remind people of the power of classical music” at a time when many orchestras and arts organisations are facing challenges and attendance at classical performances is declining, organisers said.
The Manchester-based Hallé Orchestra was founded in 1858 by Sir Charles Hallé and is the UK's longest-established professional symphony orchestra.
The orchestra will be conducted by Stephen Bell, who trained under Norman Del Mar at the Royal College of Music and has built an international career working with ensembles including the City of Oxford Orchestra, Hallé Pops and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.
Compère for the evening will be TV and radio presenter Myleene Klass MBE, who has previously hosted major programmes including The Classic BRITs, Popstar to Operastar, The One Show and Musical Masterpieces.

Lucy Noble, Senior Vice President of organiser UK Venues at AEG Presents, said: “We’re incredibly excited to bring All Things Orchestral to Roundhay Park in Leeds for the very first time.
“These concerts are all about making orchestral music accessible and welcoming to everyone, and we’re proud to present an outstanding line-up of world-class musicians in such a beautiful open-air setting.
“Whether you’re a dedicated classical fan or discovering live orchestral music for the first time, there’s something for all ages to enjoy and we can’t wait to share a truly special summer evening with audiences in Leeds.”
Roundhay Festival will make its debut in July 2026, with three separate one-day events taking place at Roundhay Park from July 3 to July 5. Each event requires a separate ticket.
Tickets for All Things Orchestral go on sale on Friday, June 5, at 10am. Prices start from £14.95, while family tickets will be available from £9.95 per person via the Roundhay Festival website.
