Selling the OC is back to give Netflix viewers its fix of drama and real estate eye-candy. Three new agents have joined the cast for this season which is the ‘best yet’.
The spin-off reality series released its latest batch of episodes today (November 12). It promises plenty of glimpses inside dream homes and a taste of the good life!
But who can you expect to see in the new episodes? Here’s all you need to know:
Who are the new agents on Selling the OC?
Three fresh faces have joined the agency for season 4 of Netflix’s reality show spin-off. The new agents are:
- Fiona Belle
- Ashtyn Zerboni
- Kaylee Ricciardi
Born and raised in Orange County, Fiona joined The O Group in 2024. She goes above and beyond for her clients to navigate even the most complex transactions with confidence and precision. At 23 years old, Fiona’s out to prove that age doesn’t define ability, and so far she’s doing just that — closing million-dollar deals within her first six months as an agent.
Kaylee began her 13-year career in the luxury real estate market by managing short-term rentals during Coachella. Now at The Oppenheim Group, she continues to deliver elevated service to clients who are buying, selling, or renting and orchestrating events.
With a passion for high fashion, photography, and the arts, Ashtyn has an eye for great design. As an agent with The Oppenheim Group in La Jolla and Orange County, she’s known for her commitment to personalized service and a thriving social network that she can leverage to unlock exclusive opportunities for her clients. But real estate isn’t her only game.
Who has returned for Selling the OC season 4?
As well as the new agents, there will be plenty of returning faces for the new episodes on Netflix. It includes:

“This season, hands down, is the best drama and the best real estate that we’ve ever seen on Selling the OC,” Jason told Netflix’s Tudum website.
Alex Hall added: “We’ve got to have each other’s backs. If nothing else, have your beef, but at the end of the day, we’re all here to do business.”
How is Selling the OC related to Selling Sunset?
Since Selling Sunset premiered on Netflix back in March 2019, it has sparked a huge franchise of estate agent related reality shows on the platform. The original series focused on the Oppenheim Group and its office in West Hollywood - as well as San Diego.
Selling the OC follows agents at the group’s branch in Orange County, another part of California. The other spin-offs Selling Tampa and Selling the City focus on different agencies.
Now in its fourth season, Selling the OC started back in 2022 and it has been more than a year since series three released in May 2024. The full season is available to watch as of today (November 12).
