What time is Shaun The Sheep: Fleece Navidad on? BBC start time explained
Shaun the Sheep: Fleece Navidad is part of the BBC’s Christmas Day schedule! 🐑🎅
- Shaun The Sheep is bringing the festive fun this Christmas!
- Aardman Animation is back with a new holiday special.
- But when can you tune in?
Shaun The Sheep is back for some festive mischief. The Mossy Bottom Farm gang are on a mission to make this year’s Christmas card extra special.
Having made his debut in Wallace and Gromit’s A Close Shave, Shaun has become a star in his own right. From TV shows to movies and, of course, Christmas specials.
But when can you tune in for the festive special? Here’s all you need to know:
What to expect from Shaun The Sheep: Fleece Navidad?
It is not the first time that Shaun and the gang have had a festive outing. Back in 2021, the BBC broadcast The Flight Before Christmas, which had a spot on Xmas Eve.
However, now following in the footsteps of big brothers Wallace and Gromit, Shaun the Sheep has snagged a prime spot on Christmas Day. Fleece Navidad will be part of the Beeb’s afternoon schedule today (December 25).
The preview teases: “When Farmer Ben delivers his perfect Christmas card, Shaun and the gang secretly knit jumpers to try and make sure the Mossy Bottom Farm card is even more spectacular. But getting everyone to pose for the photo proves to be harder than it looks.”
It runs slightly shorter than the Flight Before Christmas, which ran for a full 30 minutes. A new Shaun the Sheep movie is due to be released in the next few years.
What time is Shaun The Sheep on today?
Shaun The Sheep’s latest festive special is set to be broadcast on BBC One today (December 25) starting at 4.35pm. It is set to run for around 10 minutes, making it the perfect bitesize Christmas treat.
It is due to finish at approximately 4.45pm and is followed by The Weakest Link. Another family-friendly animated special - The Scarecrows’ Wedding - will be broadcast earlier in the day.
Is Shaun the Sheep: Fleece Navidad repeated?
The special will also be on TV again over the festive period, in case you missed out on the big day. It is set to be broadcast on BBC Three on New Year’s Eve at 7.05pm.
