The Grand Tour new hosts: who is replacing Jeremy Clarkson and co on Prime Video? Line-up revealed
The Grand Tour is set to return with a new trio of hosts! 🚨🚨
The Grand Tour is making a comeback - but will look a bit different. The popular motoring show is set to return with a new set of hosts behind the wheels.
Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May launched it back in 2016 following their exit from 2016. However, after the One For the Road special two years ago, the trio drove off into the sunset for the final time.
After a clip-show style return last year, Prime Video has revved up the engine once again - this time with some new faces. Here’s all you need to know:
Who are the new Grand Tour hosts?

Fans might not have expected the show to return following the departure of the original presenters, however, in a surprise announcement, a new set of hosts have been confirmed.
The Grand Tour’s upcoming season will be presented by celebrated trainspotter and secret petrolhead Francis Bourgeois, alongside James Engelsman and Thomas Holland, the acclaimed creators of the YouTube phenomenon Throttle House.
Francis said: “The saying 'big shoes to fill' spring to mind. Well, in this case it'll be like Mo Farah running in size 14 wellies—it'll be a little awkward at first, perhaps blister-inducing, but will overall be an interesting watch.”
James added: “I've worked with Thomas for almost a decade making car films. Who knew that all this time, the one ingredient that was missing was a Francis Bourgeois? Let the car adventures commence.”
Thomas concluded: “When I first heard they were rebooting The Grand Tour and replacing Clarkson, Hammond and May, I said 'only a moron would take that job.”

What to expect from the new season of The Grand Tour?
The Grand Tour roars back with a new series packed with adventure, from crossing the Angolan desert in track cars to exploring Malaysia's vibrant car culture, before heading to California to test America's latest and greatest performance cars.
Prime Video is promising a six-part, globe-trotting series, tackling motoring's most pressing—and delightfully absurd—questions across some of the world's most challenging terrains.
Discussing the show’s return, producer Andy Wilman said: “We are properly happy to hand over the baton to Thomas, James and Francis, because quite simply—they are doing it right.
“Not only do they have passion and knowledge, but more importantly they are in no way cardboard cutouts of the old three. They have a delightful chemistry that's all of their own making.”
There is no date for when The Grand Tour’s new series will be released. Expect further details in due course.
