British craftmanship at the exclusive Made showcase at Yorkshire Sculpture Park
Yorkshire Sculpture Park has opened its latest Spring/Summer MADE Showcase, working with the talented artists and makers from Design-Nation.
MADE is YSP Shop's changing programme of contemporary craft and jewellery, which showcases the work of established and up-and-coming artists, designers and makers. Design-Nation is a UK-wide membership network and curated portfolio representing some of the country’s most talented and innovative designers and craftspeople.
The collaborative showcase will feature the work of 20 makers, all of whom are membership holders at Design-Nation and will be on display in the YSP Centre.
Selected makers for the showcase: Alma Boyes, Beverley Sommerville, Elizabeth Sinkova, Bekky May, Caroline Brogden, Hannah Heys, Jade Mellor, Jane Bevan, Belgin Bozsahin, Cheyenne Chew Siegel, Hannah Lane, Jean White, Judith Peterhoff, Kate Bajic, Linda Bloomfield, Mary Stephens, Nicki Jarvis, Rachel Stowe, Samantha Robinson, Xinyi Chen.
The selection of artists highlights excellence in ceramics, silversmithing, jewellery and several other disciplines, resulting in a vibrant display of the best in contemporary British craft and design.
