Free half term trail at Featherstone garden centre for National Children’s Gardening Week
Notcutts Victoria Garden Centre in Featherstone, is hosting a free activity trail for families to enjoy during the May half term.
Running daily from Saturday May 23 to Sunday May 31, the activity encourages children to explore the garden centre, following hidden clues along the way for a chance to win a brilliant prize bundle.
Tied to National Children’s Gardening Week, it inspires children to engage with nature and brings families together through simple, shared outdoor experiences.
Damien Wood, Manager of Notcutts Victoria Garden Centre, shared: "We’re delighted to welcome families back for a free half term activity, in time for National Children’s Gardening Week.
"With inspiring displays throughout the garden centre, there’s no better time to visit, enjoy the outdoors, and share a fun filled experience together.”
Visitors will find the garden centre at its most vibrant, with colourful displays, thriving plants, and plenty of seasonal inspiration.
Alongside the trail, there are ideas for outdoor living including garden furniture, alfresco dining, and outdoor toys to encourage children’s play.
From exploring the displays in search of clues to soaking up the sights and scents of the season, it offers a lovely way for families to enjoy May half term at Notcutts.
