Nationwide land, consents and engagement consultancy Ardent is pleased to announce several internal promotions in its Leeds office as the company continues to grow.
Ardent offers a range of services for nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs) in the UK that are related to regeneration and development, utilities, renewables and transport.

The highly-skilled members of the Ardent team are moving into more senior positions owing to their expertise and understanding of the complex environments in which their many clients operate.
In the company's Land Services directorate, Tobias Pawlyn is now an Assistant Surveyor while in Land Referencing, Jack Whittington has been promoted to Senior Associate Director and April Bond to Senior Consultant. Luca Ricciardi has been promoted to Finance Manager in the Operations division.
Commenting on the varied range of promotions, Ardent’s Head of People and Culture, Kate Ramscar, said: “Ardent’s purpose is to deliver life-improving changes for communities and future generations and this ambition will be further enabled by these members of our team taking up their new, elevated positions.
“Ardent is a company in which internal progression is extremely important, as investment in our people is our lifeblood. It is extremely gratifying to see members of our varied directorates putting into practice the skills they have learned as their careers have developed, enabling them to fulfil their personal and professional growth,” she added.
