Second Chance Headway based in Wakefield has a team of clinicians, rehab assistants, support workers, administrative staff, and volunteers who are passionate about enabling people and their families to thrive after brain injury.
The charity supports hundreds of people from across West Yorkshire offering a wide variety of support, assistance and therapy.

Antony Lee `Skipper` a 38-year-old personal trainer organised the trip with friends and clients as a challenge to plunge and swim in Norway's freezing waters in a relay for two hours.
The team have raised almost £700 of their target for Second Chance Headway, the charity was chosen because Skipper and some of the team know people affected by brain injury.
Nathan Garbutt-Moore, Manager at Second Chance Headway said: “Skipper and all the lads have done amazing, taking Second Chance fundraising to Norway for this challenge.
"We are very grateful of the support, as a registered charity we are constantly fundraising to improve the support and opportunities we offer.”
