Taylor Wimpey set to host Yorkshire ‘muddy boots’ events
Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire is inviting homebuyers to visit developments in Leeds and Wetherby this month to discover for themselves what it would be like to live in these new communities.
The housebuilder is hosting events at its Morwick Springs development, off Leeds Road, Leeds, on Saturday, November 8, from 10am, and at its Swinnow Park development, off Racecourse Approach, Wetherby, on Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30 from 11am.

The Taylor Wimpey sales team will be on hand at both sites to answer questions and visitors can enjoy a tour of the developments and see available homes.
At Morwick Springs, on the East Leeds Extension (ELE), visitors will be able to view several Taylor Wimpey homes, including a three-bedroom semi-detached Harrton home, a four-bedroom semi-detached Trelton, as well as the four-bedroom detached Rightford, which also features a separate study. The development is completely gas free, meaning all homes benefit from air source heat pumps, as well as other energy saving features such as triple glazing, wastewater heat recovery and EV charging points.
Swinnow Park, opposite Wetherby Racecourse, will deliver 762 homes, providing a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties. All homes will benefit from a new community heat hub, a zero carbon network which heats all homes without the use of gas.
An independent financial advisor will also be available to answer questions about mortgages, affordability and the buying process.
Sam Evans, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to both Morwick Springs and Swinnow Park.
“Both of these sites are innovative gas-free developments, and our Muddy Boots events will allow potential home buyers to be among the first to see these homes, visualise the space and imagine how each home will look when complete. Everyone is welcome and bring your boots along as it could be muddy.”
