Headingley bistro launches Thursday night offer
Independent neighbourhood favourite The Swine Bistro in Headingley has unveiled a brand-new Thursday night dining offer designed to bring together great food, good drinks and relaxed evenings at exceptional value.
Guests can enjoy two courses and a cocktail for just £20 every Thursday evening, with a specially curated menu that changes weekly to showcase the bistro’s signature seasonal cooking and creative flair.
Known for its warm atmosphere and ever-changing menus built around high-quality local produce, The Swine Bistro’s new Thursday offer aims to give diners an affordable way to experience the restaurant’s much-loved dishes alongside expertly mixed cocktails.

The menu will feature a standout starter, main and dessert, and diners simply choose whether to have a starter and main or main and pudding or pay an additional £6 for all three courses.
Dishes are inspired by the bistro’s modern British-meets-European style and commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients. Included in the £20 price is a specially created cocktail designed to fully complement that evening's menu.
Newly promoted head chef Angus Evans, said: “We wanted to create something really special for our community. Something that feels fun, accessible, genuinely good value without compromising on quality and lets us show off our creativity when it comes to produce. And if we’re being honest, Thursday nights are really all about kicking off the start to the weekend!”
The new Thursday menu started this month and has been a sell-out each week so far, therefore booking is highly recommended.
The Swine Bistro features in The Good Food Guide’s and Square Meals Top 100 Best Local Restaurants and has been named one of the Yorkshire Post’s 50 Best Restaurants in Yorkshire.
The restaurant is located opposite the Arndale Centre on Otley Road, Headingley, and is open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.
