Former Leeds United midfielder Andy Couzens officially cut the ribbon at the brand new Volcano Falls indoor attraction, celebrating with a £2,000 charity donation
A massive new adventure golf and entertainment venue has officially celebrated its opening at Leeds' White Rose Shopping Centre.
Volcano Falls Adventure Golf, the latest indoor destination from leisure group Funstation, features two distinct 12-hole courses, interactive electric darts, and a licensed bar under one roof.
The launch marks the 16th venue for the operator, adding to its existing Yorkshire footprint which includes Volcano Falls at Xscape in Castleford and Funstation at The Light in Leeds city centre.

To celebrate the opening, former Leeds United midfielder Andy Couzens officially cut the ribbon alongside life-sized walking dinosaurs to welcome more than 120 local business guests, influencers, and community partners.
Following the launch, the venue announced a £2,000 donation to its long-standing charity partner Rays of Sunshine, which will fund a special wish for a family in the Leeds area.
Four families who have previously had wishes granted by the charity, including local children Ella Hargreaves, Ruby Joseph, Isaac O'Kane, and Eliza Davies, attended the launch night as VIP guests.
Michelle O'Kane, mother of wish child Isaac, said: "It was such a brilliant opportunity, and we feel privileged to have been part of this special event. Isaac absolutely loved the adventure golf, and the atmosphere throughout the evening was amazing."
The venue features two heavily themed spaces for visitors. 'Volcano Valley' drops players into a prehistoric world of dinosaurs and volcanic backdrops, while 'Carnival Golf' offers a bright, retro fairground aesthetic with interactive targets at every hole.
Ashleigh Kellett, Deputy Centre Director at White Rose Shopping Centre, said: "Volcano Falls is an exciting addition to White Rose and has already proved popular with visitors of all ages.
"Its immersive adventure golf courses add another fantastic family attraction to the centre, providing a year-round, all-weather experience that's perfect for the school holidays and beyond."
Andy Couzens added, "Whether you're looking to get competitive with adventure golf or simply enjoy food and drinks, there's something for everyone.
“The atmosphere is brilliant, and it's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time."
Volcano Falls is now fully open to the public at the shopping centre, catering to families, groups, and date nights - for more information or bookings, visit the official Leeds Volcano Falls website.
