A traffic signal failure is causing disruption on the M62 this morning.
Drivers in West Yorkshire are being warned that there are delays due to a fault with the lights on a roundabout near junction 26 on Thursday (May 28). Traffic is growing heading eastbound towards Leeds, the AA is warning.
On its traffic website, the AA explains: “Slow traffic due to traffic signal failure on A58 Whitehall Road at M62 J26 (Chain Bar). On the roundabout.”
It adds: “Delays of nine minutes and delays increasing on M62 Eastbound between J24 A629 (Ainley Top) and J27 M621 (Gildersome). Average speed 25 mph.”
