Holidaymakers looking to avoid an unpleasant roaming bill can now save up to 10% on mobile data for trips to more than 200 destinations.
The saving is available on Holafly travel eSIMs using the discount code ICONICMEDIA. It takes 5% off the company’s general plans and 10% off its subscription plans, making the larger discount particularly useful for frequent travellers, digital nomads and anyone spending an extended period overseas.
Unlike a short-lived seasonal promotion, ICONICMEDIA is an evergreen code with no planned expiry date. Individual plan prices can still change, but travellers can continue using the code whenever they need a Holafly eSIM for an overseas trip.
An eSIM is a digital alternative to the small plastic SIM card inside a phone. Provided a handset is compatible and unlocked, travellers can install a destination-specific data plan before leaving home and activate it when they arrive.
This allows the phone to connect to supported local networks without swapping physical cards or relying on a UK provider’s roaming package. Travellers can also retain their usual SIM and WhatsApp number while using the Holafly eSIM for mobile data.
