A breathtaking five-bedroom home in a peaceful Chilterns village is up for grabs for just £10 in a new Raffle House draw

This amazing five-bedroomed house sits in a tranquil village location in the Chilterns and it costs £3 million - but someone will win it for just £10.

Because it's the latest grand prize being given away by Raffle House, which supports charities by raffling off multi-million-pound houses every month.

This month's prize has been built in the pretty village of Coleshill, Buckinghamshire, and it looks like something out of Grand Designs.

Offering almost 3,500 sq ft of beautifully appointed space, Tower View has been constructed to a very high standard with generous ceiling heights and an open, light-filled design that feels far bigger than the numbers suggest.

From the moment you step through the front door, you're greeted with a dramatic, vaulted reception hall with a striking floating staircase, leading seamlessly into the dual-aspect drawing room, study and the heart of the home - a superb bespoke kitchen/dining/family room.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors flood the space with natural light and frame peaceful views of the landscaped gardens.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom is complete with a luxurious en-suite shower room and lovely outlooks, while four further double bedrooms and two family bathrooms provide flexibility for families of all sizes.

Outdoors, the property sits on a beautifully landscaped plot with tiered garden areas, all set against the backdrop of mature hedging.

The winner of any Raffle House property won't have to cover any costs. Raffle House has furnished them, and will pay for the stamp duty and legal fees.

The winner could choose to move in to the house, sell it, rent it out for a substantial monthly income, or take a cash alternative and become an instant millionaire.

There's currently a special offer on draw tickets, knocking 40% off the cost of some of the bundles.

The cheapest way to enter is to buy a £10 bundle, which gives you 15 tickets, but if you buy more you save more because 50 tickets currently costs £15 - it's normally £25.

The biggest savings are on the big bundles, with 500 tickets costing just £60 - which is only 12p per ticket.

There's also an option to subscribe to a monthly ticket bundle, which saves even more money. Or, if you like, you can enter by post, which is only the cost of a stamp.
