Leeds United can finish the Premier League season on 50 points with victory at troubled final day hosts West Ham - but fresh blows have left three men out and seven more doubtful of Sunday’s showdown between the Irons and Whites.
Third-bottom West Ham could be relegated by the time Sunday’s 4pm kick-off at the London Stadium comes around as the Irons will be mathematically down if fourth-bottom Tottenham take a victory from Tuesday night’s game in hand at Chelsea.
Due to West Ham’s goal difference, even a point for Spurs would realistically consign the Hammers to life in the Championship even before Sunday’s final day visit of an already safe Leeds side.
Daniel Farke’s men saw their top-flight status confirmed with three games still remaining thanks to Arsenal’s 1-0 win at West Ham last weekend but there has been no let up from Leeds in their quest to end the season as strongly as possible.
Six days on from Monday night’s 1-1 draw at Tottenham, Leeds condemned highflying Brighton to a 1-0 defeat in Sunday’s final home game of the season at Elland Road which took Farke’s men up to 47 points in sitting 14th in the table.
Leeds, though, were dealt new injury blows in the contest having already been without several key men. Despite faring better on that front, West Ham also have players out and here we run through the early injury news from both camps combined which totals three out and seven more doubtful but with a star now back.

2. OUT: Gabi Gudmundsson

3. OUT: Anton Stach
A big fresh blow but thankfully not a serious injury although Stach has ultimately not been named in Germany's World Cup squad. The Whites midfielder suffered a blow to his ankle in last weekend's 1-0 win at home to Brighton and was eventually stretchered off after initially attempting to continue. Farke confirmed on Friday that Stach was now out but revealed that the midfielder would have been available if the game was next week. Farke said: "Bad news that Anton is not available but it's not a major injury. If the game was next Wednesday he would be available." | Getty Images

4. OUT: Sean Longstaff
A fresh Leeds blow and another Whites player definitely out, boss Daniel Farke revealing at Friday's pre-match press conference that midfielder Longstaff had hernia surgery this week and is out. | Getty Images

5. OUT: Ilia Gruev
The Bulgarian international midfielder was the one Leeds player known as being definitely out even before Friday's pre-match press conference, Gruev suffering a meniscus knee injury in training which has ended his season. | Getty Images

6. OUT: Lukasz Fabianski
Veteran West Ham keeper Fabianski has not played for the first team all season due to a back injury and indeed his only outing of any kind came in an FEL Trophy clash for the under-21s against MK Dons back in September. | Getty Images
