Boe is one of Britain’s most celebrated and best-loved tenors, admired for his rich, powerful voice and his remarkable ability to cross effortlessly between opera, musical theatre, and popular music.

The singer’s performance as Jean Valjean in Les Misérables at the 25th Anniversary Concert in 2010 brought him international acclaim and cemented his reputation as one of the greatest interpreters of the role.

Meanwhile, his collaborations with Michael Ball — including the record-breaking albums Together, Together Again, and Back Together, have become some of the fastest-selling releases of the decade.

All Things Orchestral is part of the first-ever Roundhay Festival which will also see performances from Lewis Capaldi and Pitbull from July 3-5.

The event will also feature the Hallé Orchestra, UK’s longest-established professional symphony orchestra, who will be conducted by Stephen Bell, and it promises to take the audience on a journey through time by celebrating cinematic classics and much more.

With a keen focus on affordability, tickets to the concert are available from £14.95 and there are also family rates from £9.95.

Lucy Noble, Senior Vice President of UK Venues, AEG Presents, said: “We’re incredibly excited to bring All Things Orchestral to Roundhay Park in Leeds for the very first time.

“These concerts are all about making orchestral music accessible and welcoming to everyone, and we’re proud to present an outstanding line-up of world-class musicians in such a beautiful open-air setting.

“Whether you’re a dedicated classical fan or discovering live orchestral music for the first time, there’s something for all ages to enjoy and we can’t wait to share a truly special summer evening with audiences in Leeds.”
