Organisers are calling the event an emotional, high-energy celebration of dance music’s roots.

The afternoon's centrepiece features the acclaimed 20-strong Music House Gospel Choir. Part of the Leeds-based music charity Music House, the choir will deliver a specially curated set of house anthems reimagined through soaring gospel vocals.

The energy will reach fever pitch as they are joined on stage by Kym Sims - best known for her early 90s global smash ‘Too Blind To See It,’ Sims remains a defining voice in vocal house.

This exclusive collaboration marks a rare opportunity to see a genuine Chicago icon perform alongside local talent in the heart of Leeds.

Founded by DJ and promoter Curtis Zack, The 5 O’Clock Club has rapidly become Yorkshire’s premier premium daytime clubbing experience. Speaking on the upcoming collaboration, Zack noted: “This is exactly what The 5 O’Clock Club is about – creating moments people won’t experience anywhere else.

“To bring together Leeds’ incredible Music House Gospel Choir with a genuine Chicago house legend like Kym Sims is something really special. It’s a celebration of house music’s roots, its soul, and the community it continues to inspire.”
