Yorkshire’s longest-running house music brand Love to be... is bringing its biggest Leeds club show to date this December
Yorkshire’s legendary house music brand, Love to be…, has announced its largest-ever Leeds club show as part of a major nationwide tour in partnership with Academy Music Group.
The iconic institution, which has traditionally staged its Leeds parties at the intimate MINT Club, is stepping up in scale for its hometown region with a massive festive event.
Founded at Sheffield’s renowned Music Factory in 1994 by Tony Walker, Love to be… has spent over three decades shaping UK club culture.
From hosting global icons like Frankie Knuckles and Masters At Work to running events in New York, Ibiza, and Sydney - alongside its 6,000-capacity flagship festival in Harrogate - the brand remains one of the region's defining dance music success stories.
Now led by Walker and Director Marc Dennis, the brand's upcoming festive Sunday date will feature a stacked line-up of dance music royalty.
Headlining the show is New York house heavyweight Dennis Ferrer, best known for enduring club anthems such as ‘Hey Hey’ and ‘Son Of Raw.’
He will be joined by BBC Radio 1 broadcaster and DJ Danny Howard, Circus founder Yousef, and Love to be… driving force Trimtone (the duo formed by Marc Dennis and Tony Walker).
Speaking on the announcement, organisers highlighted the significance of the move for local clubbers, noting that after years of staging their Leeds parties at the intimate MINT Club, taking over a larger venue marks a major step up in scale for the brand in the city.
The Leeds event forms part of an eight-city UK tour that will also see the brand take over major venues in Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, and London.

Love to be... will bring its festive party to O2 Academy Leeds (55 Cookridge St, Leeds LS2 3AW) on December 27, 2026.
Doors open at 6:00pm, running through until 1:30am, with last entry set for 8:30pm.
