Lane7 announces official opening date for massive Trinity Leeds venue and week of free bowling

Lane7 has officially confirmed its Trinity Leeds launch date—and they are celebrating with a week of free bowling for eager locals

The UK’s largest independent boutique bowling brand has officially locked in its arrival date for city centre fun-seekers.

Lane7 will open the doors to its highly anticipated new home at Trinity Leeds on June 2, introducing a sprawling, multi-activity entertainment playground to the heart of the city.

Taking over an impressive 23,000 sq ft space on Albion Street, the vibrant new venue is designed to bring together Lane7’s signature blend of high-energy gaming, premium modern design, and late-night social experiences.

To celebrate the grand launch, bosses are giving away free bowling sessions for up to four people during an exclusive ‘Baller Week’ promotion.

Running from June 2 through to June 8, groups can bag a complimentary game by entering the code ‘LEEDSBALLERS’ at checkout when booking online.

The venue will house 12 state-of-the-art boutique bowling lanes, complete with interactive elements engineered to celebrate every strike.

Stepping far beyond traditional bowling, the late-night destination will also feature interactive darts, pool tables, beer pong, retro arcade games, and a 'Big Putts' mini-golf experience, alongside a dedicated 'Playground' gaming zone.

“There’s been so much excitement about our arrival since we announced we were coming to Trinity Leeds – it feels like the city has already embraced us,” said Gavin Hughes, Managing Director at Lane7.

“We can’t wait for everyone to see what we’ve been working on behind the scenes to bring ‘all your best nights in one’ to Leeds [...] famously known for its incredible nightlife, and we’re sure the arrival of Lane7 will be a big boost for the city’s leisure scene.”

The major opening follows a string of high-profile arrivals at the shopping centre, including the new LEGO store, shoe retailer schuh, and Caribbean street-food favourite Jerk Junction.

Steven Foster, Centre Director at Trinity Leeds, welcomed the addition, stating: “Lane7 is an ideal addition to Trinity Leeds, offering a fun new concept for our guests to experience. With Footasylum and street-food giants Freight Island still to come, our already impressive line-up is going from strength to strength.”

The new Leeds hub forms part of Lane7's major expansion across the North, rolling out alongside recent openings and plans in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Further details and online bookings can be accessed via the official Lane7 channels ahead of Tuesday's grand opening.
